Our Classes

Yoga

In our yoga classes, you will have enough time to deeply experience and understand each pose and learn how to modify the poses depending on your unique body shape and condition. There will be props like blocks and straps for a safe and challenging experience and also to support limited mobility and strength. This class is also beneficial for experienced yogis to re-learn body alignment and deepen their practice.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga is a yoga practice on an aerial hammock which is a combination of artistic poses and physical movements. In this class, you can practice all the yoga poses on a hammock which gives you a totally different experience compared to mat yoga. This class is beneficial for releasing tension and spinal compression, and also is designed for strengthening and balancing body and breath awareness.
